Yes, dieting is equally important as the workouts that you do to get thinner. Without a great diet, all your hard work will just be for nothing. In a good diet you will get all the nutrients that you need yet bring in fewer calories than you need in a day. By doing so you will lose weight but stay healthy. Eating as many fruits and vegetables as you can is a great rule to follow. Throw in some starches and protein and you will be on your way to losing weight.

Exercise Plan

Every good workout plan has a lot of different exercises in it. They range from different parts of the body to cardio, stretching and muscle toning. You need all of these or you won’t have a very nice looking body. Can you imagine a guy that does bicep curls but doesn’t work on anything else? Huge biceps and little body, trust me it would look awkward. Stretching is good for you and so is cardio, they both help burn fat and keep you lean.
